Personal Narrative: After graduating with a BA degree from the University of Michigan in 1969, Dave Attended Wayne State University Law School and received his Juris Doctorate in 1972. He briefly practiced as an associate attorney with an insurance subrogation firm until becoming an associate with McCririe and Latreille in 1973. In 1976, Dave opened his own law office and practiced as a sole practitioner until he and Ken Burchfield merged their respective law practices effective July 1, 1989. He was a principal shareholder in the Burchfield Park and Pollesch PC firm until the end of 2017. Dave’s legal practice has evolved from that of a general practitioner to concentrating on business organizations, estate planning and real estate. Dave is married with two daughters and a stepson. His family has grown with the blessed addition of 4 grandchildren. He takes particular interest in understanding the concerns and interests of his clients to better achieve their goals and objectives. Dave brings honesty, energy and integrity to the workplace every day!
